Laid-back environment, agreeable and friendly co-workers, plenty of opportunities for motivated individuals.
Cons
Can seem rudderless. Regulatory oversight (FDA) more tangible than is typical. Management doesn't seem to be on the same page. Seeking advice often results in confusion. Lots of duplication of effort. At times, overtime is overwhelming.
