It's a small company so don't expect huge advancements in tech. It's hard to move up the organization as a software dev.

leadership communicates poorly, at times contradicting instruction with so many recent organization changes. without HR culture is not a priority so morale can be tough. Big improvements should come though with the hiring of someone for HR. Work space needs improvement.
