      Pros

      It's really hard to think of any pros. There are many hard working clinicians that are passionate about what they do and provide great services to our clients. This is probably the only good thing about this place.

      Cons

      The CEO of the company is completely incompetent and no one has any confidence in the leadership team. Decisions are made in a vacuum and morale is low. Benefits and pay are also poor. I'm actually leaving this company very soon. I'm surprised that an organization in this bad of shape can even exist.

      Lots of support from the Terros Health employees and supervisors. Good feedback. Good amount of independence to work on the project at our discretion.

      Cons

      For those that lived further away, travel was a bit inconvenient.

      Micro-managing and feels like the company is more focused on compliance with health insurance companies instead of client care. Need is high, but so is burnout
