      Pros

      Good money if you don’t need consistent money. Wine tastings weekly.

      Cons

      Too many to list them all. Toxic, unhealthy, uncaring environment. Poorly managed. My advice is to avoid this place unless you have a lot of outside support in your life for how much your mental health will suffer. If you have other options I would suggest going in a different direction.

      Pros

      To this day it’s the best food/beverage job I’ve had. Great staff, great management, great food, great vibe and great environment. Pay was consistent and it was staffed appropriately. Thanks Terroni!

      Cons

      I don’t have anything negative to say as everyone was incredibly accommodating and all around it ran like a well oiled machine.
