If you love being outdoors and having fun every day at work, this is a great place to be. Lots of team spirit! I was paid by-weekly, with the first week held back, so you were always a week behind. I've worked other places where they do the same thing. One of the guys on our crew didn't seem to understand that. I don't think he worked much before that. It was always explained to us how the pay schedule worked and everything checked out. I know one guy just didn't seem to get it though.
