      Pros

      This property management company has good properties and a strong leasing team. The company is good at training young leasing professionals.

      Cons

      This is a family owned business, and therefore hard to move up or have ideas heard. Management is resistant to change, even if it would be beneficial. The company is run like a dictatorship with a management style of putting employees down to "motivate" them. There is a lot of turnover.

      Training probationary period had substantially low pay but same amount of work as non-probationary period workers
