Because of the amount of work that needs to be done, you learn a lot of stuff.

There's a lack of manpower/plantilla in each store (considering the amount of work to be done and at the same time dealing with customers). So the employees easily get tired. They also don't have benefits for their employees (like medical, dental, incentives,, etc...) aside from the usual SSS,Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. Lastly, their salary is below standard.

Good pay fro the key position, friendly employees, exciting career opportunities and a lot of other privilege.

Over-work, no life-work balance, lack of respect from the superiors, unprofessional and rude leaders.
