Pros

You end up working with some great people who are in the same whirlwind of financial crisis as you are being there.

Cons

Upper management is a complete nightmare. You will get told you are being paid one thing (which is par) and then change it overnight without any warning. They have a bonus structure in place that is a debacle, at best. If you are called in for a meeting, run. They degrade you in front of everyone and then ask for your "opinion" on why the company is failing. If you are one to actual voice your opinion, you end up getting scolded like a child. The upper management has no idea how to treat their employees. All of them are too concerned with their own pockets then to be worried about their employees. The turn over rate is out of control. Accounts have a hard time trusting the company because there is always someone different in their establishments. Management doesn't help with anything local and keeps all of their focus towards the Noblesville/Fishers area because thats where they enjoy being.

Pros

This organization has strong, empathetic leadership and is committed to its people. Many of the current managers have been with the company for over a decade (some over two decades!) and have enthusiastically worked their way up through the ranks. There is quite a bit of loyalty and camaraderie here and most seem to truly enjoy their roles within the company and within the community. As is true anywhere, there's always room to develop programs and make improvements and the company has shown a strong commitment to doing just that. I'd definitely recommend the company as a great place to work.

Cons

As is the experience of most companies, we, too, have a fair bit of turnover in our more entry-level roles. This is combatted heavily with training/cross-training, grant-certificate training, and leadership development opportunities so those who are motivated to do well and advance have many opportunities to do so.
