My experience with this organization was disappointing. There was no structured knowledge transfer (KT) or proper guidance provided to new employees. The infrastructure and working conditions were below expectations and did not support a professional work environment. The lack of support and unclear processes significantly impacted my confidence and ability to perform effectively. Additionally, there was limited collaboration and support for employees coming from outside, which made it difficult to adapt. Management practices, particularly excessive micromanagement, created additional pressure and reduced independence at work. I believe the organization should focus on improving employee onboarding, workplace conditions, and overall management practices to create a more supportive and professional environment.
