Pros

The best part of working here was still the people. Many designers, engineers, and team leads are genuinely supportive and talented, and you get exposure to a variety of projects across industries.

Cons

Since the acquisition of Lollypop, the culture has shifted in ways that many long-time employees have felt. What used to feel like a design-first environment now feels more like a typical service organization where cost considerations often drive decisions. Investment in design enablement (training, tools, structured growth paths) is very limited compared to the expectations placed on teams. Communication around policies and internal processes is inconsistent, and getting clarity from HR on certain topics sometimes takes longer than it should. There’s also a sense that operational efficiency and budgets tend to outweigh employee experience or long-term team development.
