Terralever is on the cutting edge, with talented developers and award winning graphic artists. The culture is geared toward 20 somethings. Compensation is not at the top but is still good.

Shifts in management style were heavy handed and did not take individual work-related needs into account. Poor communication made for serious misunderstandings at times.
