      Leadership cares about employees. Family oriented. Lots of get togethers. I know my supervisors well. Very approachable. Fair pay. Opportunity for advancement.

      It can be a demanding job.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with work from home option. Very fair pay and benefits. Great coworkers and management that cares about keeping employees feeling happy and appreciated. Overall, a great place to work.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to cross-train but when there is its always great to learn new things.

      - Family atmosphere, friendly staff willing to help - Plenty of opportunities for growth and development - Access to Senior Management - Growing access to new scopes

      - Sometimes resources are tight... but not uncommon for a small company - Customers can be difficult to work with... nature of the industry though
