Pros
As a recent grad I have been given a lot of responsibility. I developed the marketing plan and oversee the marketing budget. I get to touch everything from digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and PR. I also get to use my Adobe Creative Cloud skills to design our marketing collateral. My big goal is to become a Brand Manager and they give me all the experience I need to be able to do that.
Cons
Having that much responsibility can be overwhelming at times, but I'm learning a lot and it works for me right now. It's a small company that serves a lot of clients, so all of the employees are extremely locked in to their jobs all day. More of an effort could be made to make the culture a little more fun.
