Lack of culture. Corporate structure has significant gaps. Owners do not trust employees. Ownership is not committed to employees, routinely making decisions that erode the employee/owner relationship. Lack of commitment to initiatives. Ownership has routinely fired or demoted managers not because of poor performance, but because of ownership's lack of business forecasting and good decision making.
