There are no downsides of working for Terrabank.

The pay is good coming in the door. The bank is small so no extended hours.

The bank doesn't have good training. The employees doesn't seem to be interested in learning or improving themselves. The employees that have been there a long time is not interested in technology or making processes more efficient. They are also not accepting of new employees. The computers and systems are very old. The quality of benefits is not good. Every little thing is micro-managed.
