      Small company to work for, great culture and the people are very fun to work with. They allowed you to work and based at their client office until the end of your contract.

      Management needs to do better.

      Pros

      *small company with learning potential *could be big fish in a small pond *fantastic benefits *very close knit with coworkers *open-door policy

      Cons

      *CEO is against remote work, even though some key personnel get to ignore this rule. *Cannot track PTO without asking HR, since timecard system is incorrect. * Hard to do "on the job learning" due to lack of manager availability
