Pros

Remote friendly and flexible hours

Cons

Lack of transparency from leadership, especially during times of organizational change Significant disparity in how employees are treated depending on their location Severance policies are minimal in the US, even after years of service Leadership emphasizes “we are a family” culture, but actions during offboarding don’t reflect that Budget is available for executive travel and international acquisitions, but not for fair employee offboarding support Superficial approach to diversity: while there is LGBTQ+ representation, there is a complete lack of Black employees across the company

Pros

People who are employed there (ones that are contracted) are super talented, smart and nice to work with. Also, a full remote is nice.

Cons

Low salary and no benefit for full-time employees. Job descriptions do not match the actual work we're expected to perform.
