Pros

Great heads at top level. Good company to learn. If you are lucky, the compensations can be worth.

Cons

Long hours due to the lack of organization. Middle management is not good, too afraid to make decisions, too interested in climbing the ladder and too blind (or too interested) to stop some unfair situations. Compensations are not linked to productivity, but to cronyism. It is a pity because otherwise it is a great place to work.

Pros

They are proactive when it comes to equipment

Cons

You have to play dumb so the Reliability team can feel superior to you. Get experience if you are new to maintenance and leave. The reliability department will blame you for things, and management will believe them. I was asked to sit at the CPL line with Tom while he made changes to the program when I was on days just to be accused of doing it when I went on nights.
