Terrible training & safety - Pest Control Technician Terminix Employee Review

Poor management, greedy, and does not care about your safety. They will push you into unsafe situations just to hit their metrics even when you tell them uou do not feel safe. Poor training and no ride alongs from managers. They had me remove my 1st Hornets nest with no training or assistance. That's only one of many instances that happened in the 1 year I was there. Work for Orkin, better training and safety procedures.
