They will short you money on a lot of jobs if you pay close attention, sometimes it is blatant, other times you got to dig through account history to know they are withholding the pay you actually deserve. They fired a guy for asking to be off in advance for the baby shower of his first child, all he did was ask. They fired a guy for putting in his 2 weeks notice after they told him they needed it so they wouldn't be left short handed. Nepotism, favoritism, and prejudice rule strongly. No ladder to climb unless you're in with management personally. I'd highly recommend not working here.
