Pros

stepping stone to better employment

Cons

not a place you would want family or friends working at. management drawn from the lowest of the employment pool many having no real management training and having failed previously elsewhere. everyone is living in fear of losing their job including service managers who talk trash an berate their superiors. To listen and then believe service managers they are required to spy on techs an report any and all infractions. service managers come from other industries and have no actual knowledge of pest control. service managers are nothing more than customer service agents and desk jockeys. way to many worthless meetings. No training meeting, meetings are all a whip, beat down, ball busting event to break your spirit. Want you to Sell, Sell, Sell but absolutely no sales training, service is 2nd sales is 1st, way to many stops to properly service the customer base. no family life, i hate myself for sticking with it as long as i did

Pros

Take home work truck and okay benefits.

Cons

we used to get a couple days off the end of the month to help recoup, but that's gone now Also Employees are pressured to submit sales leads or risk being scheduled for mandatory Saturday shifts. Stops are often completed early in the system to improve performance metrics, creating inaccurate reporting. This leaves fewer scheduled services for the following month, forcing employees to scramble to find additional stops just to meet their production goals.
