Pros

Most of the people you work with in the branch are good to work with. Other than that there is no longer anything good about this company

Cons

Multiple pay plan changes for the sales people, technicians and managers that are suppose to align the company with the strategy of the company told to us by HR. The problem is the company cannot pick a strategy and stick with it more than a few months. The only consistent strategy this company has is to lower the pay of the employees in the field. OSP's now must sale 15% more to make the same amount of money. Technicians are charged for cancellations that are out of their control. Managers can earn a bonus and then be told they are losing 50% of it because of their behaviors dropped their rating to a "2". All of this causes turnover which drives down the performance of the branch. The managers are told the strategy is to drive sales units to grow customer base and then three months later we are told units do not matter the strategy is now to increase average sales dollars and the company raises prices again..

Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

Cons

Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
