Continual growth and a leader in their industry. Excellent people to work with and always busy. Many new things to learn on a daily basis. Great 401K package with large matching by company.
Cons
Growing pains of a company that is transforming from a mom and pop company to a corporation. It has been difficult to keep up with the ever expanding demand for existing parts and customers while increasing the type of products available.
