Training for service calls before you go out on your own is minimal, but that's not to blame anybody at the company. There's lots of parts on the machines that break after a while and you don't get to see them all. Even in a years span at the company I did not get to see everything that could go wrong.

You meet good people. Good benefits. Very inclusive environment.

They continue to add responsibilities that don’t match your pay. Structure and a good foundation is missing. There’s a huge lack of communication overall, cliquey and drama-based office environment, you become overwhelmed very easily as there’s not much support from superiors.
