Pros

Beware of the Titanic companies that tout all the bells and whistles, but lack a clear direction. It’s these companies that inevitably hit the icebergs or big challenges over time and can become in danger of sinking. Companies should be forthright about where they stand financially, where they see themselves going, and should be willing to talk about any major challenges. If the hiring team is unable to discuss openly what direction the company hoping to go, it may be a clue that they lack a plan for growth and that the foundation may be shaky. leave the company on 31st March 2021. Now during this tough time of COVID, they are not releasing my FullnFinal, gratuity, and Form 16. I really need the money to support my family. I have sent many requests via email but they are not responding at all. Please help me. it's almost two months are already gone.

Cons

current management is not good at all and doing dirty politics with ex employee

Pros

TERiX is one of the best technical companies out there. The engineers and IT teams are second to none. The marketing and sales teams are small but focused on growth and have taken a small local private company to a multinational company with contracts in 48 countries

Cons

Small companies are challenged to keep employees when other larger companies offer better benefits like 401k match and pension plans.

Pros

Working for a smaller company allows you to be heard. As well as the ability to make change. I know this has all been heard before, yet it is still true. I have helped to grow the company Logistically speaking because I was given the ability to do so. Going from a single DC to over 60 global forward stocking locations has allowed the company to scale with any future stocking needs. It has also allowed the company to move more into the direct market, thus removing the middle man.

Cons

Sometimes being small doesn't allow you have the necessary resources you would have in large company. Or the initial capital to expand your IT needs over a shorter time.
