      Pros

      Better than average pay with good benefits. Cutting edge projects. Working with talented people. Remote work environments.

      Cons

      When the work for whatever project you're on dries up, they will kick you out the door without so much as a second thought. For example, I was let go with absolutely no severance after five and a half years of employment.
