Pros
Staffs are friendly in the sense of sharing knowledge but be reminded it will take some time for them to open for sharing with you, Good food, Good exposure into mobile.
Cons
It's a family business so be reminded that you are not going anywhere regardless of your performance, Technical Developer who write codes days and nights are not appreciated, but Project managers do get bonus when promising ridiculous delivery time and appear as hero for delivery of project, no professionalism in work, again, it's a family business.
