Crappy management - Senior Product Manager Terarecon Employee Review

Haphazard ,very reactive and no strategy. Old Processes , Incompetent and Inefficient management ,Manufacturing and client support team. The Company is getting client because of elite technology although there are no renewals . Client Support team and Manufacturing teams works as if they are doing business in Late 1990's/early 2000's No Career growth and incompetent management always eager to find the scapegoats for their own failure. Poor Communications practice . Although Company promoting their cloud product but the product works only on on premise system.
