Competitive pay for an internship Everyone there is personable and willing to help you learn on campus cafeteria with OK food at an affordable price hosts a handful of employee events now has a ping pong and foosball table in the cafeteria good area to go on a post-lunch walk
Cons
I joined right in the middle of COVID and the on-campus lifestyle was obviously not good and I didn't meet many co-workers and unfortunately now that things are back to normal I feel a bit behind co-workers socially since I never had meaningful interactions with others somewhat left to your own devices and there can be a lot of downtime between tasks due to other engineers being a bit overworked, they don't have adequate time to create tasks for me I'm stuck in co-op limbo, meaning they are continuing to supply me with a job (which is great!) but upper management is reluctant to open new positions
