      Pros

      Little to no micromanaging. Free lunch, snacks, and drinks. Freedom to learn and grow. Great co-workers and friendly environment. Growing fast which leads to many new opportunities. Everyone has impact and a voice.

      Cons

      Not much training or documentation. Most communication is just verbal so there is little accountability. Growing fast and having a hard time adjusting to change.
