Toxic Senior Leadership - Sales Teradata Employee Review

Senior mgt are absolutely awful Some very long serving employees were just ruthlessly axed simply because some of the newer senior leadership didn't 'particularly like them'..... Very poor morale No real direction provided, other than the corporate message that was reeled out for the press, investors and at the SKO and Town-Hall meetings - Easy to Talk the Talk, but unfortunately most definitely aren't able to Walk the Walk
