Pros
Working with the best DWH technology in the world, fantastic training, interesting projects. It is a good place to stay if you want to travel, do interesting projects with the best technology and you are not very keen in career progression, salary and learning only one specific technology, but in the best way possible.
Cons
Biased view on data warehouse solution. Absolutely no career progression: you can only move from consultant to senior consultant. No option available.To be honest, this is something I have specifically seen in the UK, other countries do not have this problem
