Pros
Good pay and flexible working environment. Teradata does pay very well. The working environment is very relaxed and working hours can be flexible when necessary.
Cons
Direction from upper management is always changing focus. Once you get started on a large project, management may change the scope of the project or scrap it altogether which creates a constant state of not getting much done.
