Pros
Great people, great products, solid pay and benefits. Some of my favorite people are my coworkers, and I think we band together as best we can to drive success. The building blocks are there.
Cons
We need more marketers in marketing leadership. Too much alignment with the parent company, and old school ways. Too much finger-pointing from sales to marketing.
