Pros
Benefits (med/dent/vision/dis etc) are pretty good but could be better. You get to become expert in a software that a lot of customers use. Free sodas. Campuses are usually in really nice areas.
Cons
STINGY with bonuses and raises, lots of burnout, hard to move up in company. So much transition has left too few employees in important areas and not much effort has been made to recruit more lately. Maybe college campus fairs or trade mag ads?
