Partiality and bad behaviour with new wmployees - Data Engineer Teradata Employee Review

You have know everything from mother womb They put you in random projects where you are not aware of the things. The projects are not stable they have no roadmap, no planning, nothing is fixed. They just wants the new employee to take all the responsibilities right away and start working. I was said that i am not productive in 15 days of my joining wherein my ket was also not over. Which threatened my morale. They yell at people in call and behave badly in front of whole team. When there is p2 incidents they do not even allow you to breath.
