Pros
On time salary and nice increment. It was once a good place to work(long ago).
Cons
TD india is NOT a product based company. You will lose all your skills in a few years as all they have is support projects with 24*7 shifts in india. Employees are asked to do certifications for which they don't have clients. The ship to move to cloud has sailed. Most freshers who join TD are never able to leave TD because they don't have the skills to crack interviews anymore.
