Working on this system free you up from a weekly/monthly maintenance you always worry before in other database systems. It is indeed a robust and intelligent system! Given that, you got plenty of time planning your life and spending worthwhile weekends with family and friends.
Cons
Most data centers/projects are focused on a certain scope of work and you can't just easily move from one to the other. Less flexibility in role assignment.
