Pros
- Very few, you may get chance to work on some very interesting technology and domain. - Till now, somewhat open work culture. But, soon will become a service company. - After taking multiple steps to keep themselves relevant in this tough market condition like repackaging servers, subscription based revenues model, starting cloud operations and push for analytics, recent analytics platform launch, push for automation and online brand marketing, still not getting needed boost and it'll take some time.
Cons
-No career or learning growth(at all). -In terms of monetary growth, current management not interested to give you a dime for your efforts, they will hire new resources even if they don't know about technology or domain and pay them double(later no hikes). But, nothing for current employees. No compensations, even no promotions this year. In short, nothing for employees. You will get nothing out of your time and efforts you put there so big red alert if you thinking to join TD. -TD CS work quality nosedived and current CS management is busy in putting up plans on PPT and meetings only. No concrete vision in CS leadership, just keep changing spokes and copying stuffs from other companies. A big thumbs down for TD CS Management. -No extra curricular activities, no budget. Even annual days were planned in Public Parks.
