Lots of change, questionable strategy - Anonymous employee Teradata Employee Review

Almost total turnover of leadership team and senior management, so constant reorganization and management changes. Tried to articulate strategy but change management and execution plan are fragmented. Replaced many long-time employees under assumption that new blood was better than engaging them on the change.
