Disappointing - Anonymous employee Teradata Employee Review

The January 23, 2018 Glassdoor review for Teradata nailed it. Agreed that management culture is highly toxic – the most toxic I’ve seen after many years of experience in the workforce – and this culture filters down to the teams they manage. “Good ole boys club” often comes to mind as I consider the dynamic of my own team where if one is targeted, he will deliberately be kept out of the know and set up for failure. Unfortunately, management only perpetuates this mindset. Brutal.
