      Good learning if you have a project No micromanagement Work life balance is good. Good onsite opportunities. Provide Transportation which is good.

      Cons

      Not much training other than Teradata especially nothing much for managers or leadership roles Parent org holds all the power Not much demand for Teradata as a product due to hadoop
