Pros
Good benefits package, good marketing budgets, they do carry clout in their marketplace and do heavily resource the sales funnel.
Cons
It takes forever to get anything done. They have a slightly odd very old school reward scheme involving a key and a plaque. A lot of people that work there have all grown old together so it's a bit of a clique and change needs to happen faster
