Owner recognizes strengths and weaknesses and works with them Annual Pay increases as well as bonuses, budget allocations for computer upgrades of your choice. Great benefits package, full medical, dental.

The one con was a monday payday cycle... however that was recently fixed to a more normal friday payday.
