      Great intro to Technology Recruitment and solid experience to take somewhere else

      Cons

      Hard industry due to factors outside of your control. You will do deals, but will have to be rather lucky to get into great accounts to really make you feel like you're getting ahead. Oh - super KPI focus, micromanagement level

I can understand that the KPI's can sometimes feel like too much control, and these are in place to support all consultants to help improve and be successful so sorry it didn’t feel that way.       None, awful company to work with.

      Cons

      - Does not pay paychecks on time. Has happened 3+ times to me in a 2 month period. -Tries to blame you for paychecks not being on time. -Nobody to speak to -When you do speak to someone finally, they are rude and hang up on you.
