      Thanks for your review and I agree with what you say. Recruitment can be extremely lucrative and rewarding, but it is not a walk in Central Park, you need to put the effort in. Specialised IT recruitment is always a large opportunity market due to the limited resources available which is both a blessing (lots of opportunities for consultants to place candidates) and a curse (less candidates available).
