Management are power hungry and awful Managers will work you to the bone, making you work overtime without pay and sanction you and threaten you with loss of your job if you dont bend over for them. Managers are complete bullies and only protected by the weird clicks and possible black mail they have over the higher ups. Rampant bullying culture Clickes everywhere in each department that hate everyone else not in their close circle and make it obvious. Management seem to share a single brain cell between all of them.
