      Very interesting product in a niche market, only a few suppliers in the world who can provide such high end solutions

      Cons

      Lack of distribution network, hence hindering the fast development needed on an international level

      Pros

      Nice & competent colleagues, product good enough.

      Cons

      No bonus scheme although promised at start, nobody dares to say what they really think because afraid of owner’s wrath. Any staff directly in contact with owner leave.
