I guess if you have aspirations to go into the engineering trade There are a handful of nice people there
Cons
Could write a book on how poor it is. Last minute on where you will be working so very hard to plan things in the week. Unorganised from bottom to the top. Strange feeling of everyone’s against eachother. No real support for younger/inexperienced workers Rude managers No real direction to be honest No one at the company who works there will actually say these comments but I guarantee they all think this.
