Pros
Small Company with large ideas - no limits to the business lines they will explore. Being small makes them very agile and able to react to hot technologies and urgent projects.
Cons
clients have high expectations and with few employees, there is never a down time. Similar in nature as any start-up company, there are always things to do and typically it is the one available, or with the first opportunity, is the one to provide the deliverable eventhough that may not be the best one to do so.
